Bought a 1" by 6" by 3/16" flat stock and put a little z bend in it for the tung. Then some more of the same flat stock and welded on two 3/8" posts for the springs to ride right on the frame. That dropped the seat 2.5" now it flows.

Tung, under the nose of the seat. I bolted it through the gas tank bolt. It is plenty long enough

Default Bobbed/ chapped XBones mount

Found a XBones mount that was a "dealer take off".
This XBones mount fits perfectly on a Slim, but like Finmad says, its too high.
I am thrilled with the seat height, and INCREASED leg room with this mod. It is far easier for me to move the bike around when stopped. I have a 32" inseam and my knees are bent too far with the stock seat. Felt like moving around a kids toy. I was a bit cramped on long rides, with this setup I am extremely comfortable.
I chopped and re-welded the front mount, and removed a little more than an inch from the rear post. I might remove more from the rear spring post "for looks", but it "feels right" now.

I can swap the stock seat back in about 10 min for comparison, and I truly prefer this set up. Far more comfortable, and the springs soften harsh bumps.

Dropped front mount vs Stock X Bones

I'll throw this out there again but have you ever considered taking your seat into a custom upholsterer? You can get the design you want, shape you want, padding and colors you want. I did it and for no more than buying a seat would cost me. I used the "Gelfoam" and man, what a game changer.
