I think that while it is a cool project, you could have come out better selling/buying.
My concern is that a Softail's suspension and brakes will be overloaded with all of the add-ons plus a rider and possibly a passenger. They just weren't built for that.
only adds 46lbs to the bike, I think the brakes can handle that.. Smoke74, that is the same setup I have, Wide open concepts fairing and baddad rear setup
I also spent the money and got a set of the Legend air ride for it seeing how when we ride 2 up I tend to drag the pipes in corners and have drug the kickstand once or twice hope they will help from dragging the bags
Is it just me or do others see it too? It looks like the front of the tank needs a little lift to make your lines work a tad more for you. It does look unique too!
EDIT: And don't get me wrong, I like it!
