If it wasn't an option for the 08 Deluxe it wouldn't be available for the Heritage. Stripped down they are the same bike. That said I am sure there are after-market solutions.....or kinda sure...

Softails didn't and still don't come with cruise.
There is an aftermarket option that is around $1200.

It's been discussed on the forum.
If you search the forum you should find the threads.

That isn't a cruise control. It simply fits over the stock star wheel throttle lock making it easier to lock the throttle.

To the best of my knowledge, there has never been an OEM cruise control offered for Softails. There may be some interesting reading in one of these threads.

We were having a discussion and a buddy thought there was. I hadn't heard of one so I thought I'd through it out and see what the members had to say.

Can I assume this is a Fly-by-Wire issue with Harley?

I have a co worker who says his Heritage has cruise control. I have not seen the bike, but he swears it is regular cruise control, not a throttle lock.

I Demo'ed a '14 Heritage last summer, and I don't recall it having a cruise control, though I wasn't specifically looking for it.

Definitely no cruise control on my '08 Deluxe...

The CVO softail deluxe comes standards with fly by wire throttle and cruise control but stock softails have never come with either and they still don't.
