So I just recently picked up my new 2015 Slim and noticed for the first time that wheel balancing weights were installed on the side of the wheel rim. Is this normal for HD wheels? I can't imaging someone getting a set of custom chrome wheels and have some ugly weights glued to the chrome... What's more, I noticed one weight was loose to the touch. Any suggestion on correcting that? I'm thing some double sided foam tape.

The dealer should fix the loose weight, and I would insist that they check the balance, just in case the weight came of and someone just stuck it back on.
The wheels are balanced as part of dealer prep package I believe, if you catch it early enough Harley makes some nice chrome wheel weights, or if you have spokes you can opt for the ones that clamp onto the spokes . They are more expensive so the dealer will not usually do it unless you ask. Dyna beads, and ride on are great products but my dealer will not use them for liability issues.
