Default softail speedo sticking

I have a 2013 slim and my speedo keeps getting stuck at 50 or 90 even when I'm going 40. Anyone else have this problem. The dealer has replaced the speedo twice already.

Default 2015 Slim - Speedo sticks

I am having the same problem.
This is my first Harley and it's only 1 week old. With less than 500 miles on it.
The first time it happened, I just figured it was a glitch. After turning the bike off, the speedo reset back to 0.
2nd time it happened, I thought, well....this can get annoying. But figured It'd reset again after turning it off, so I didn't put too much thought into it.
Now it's happened a third time, and this time It wouldn't reset with turning the bike off and on. But it did after leaving the bike off for a few hours. it's going to go to the dealer for repair.

Not very confidence inspiring for Harley Davidson.
