If you like Black then you might want to go with the Black Cherry... In the day light it looks like black cherry at night or low light levels it looks black. The best of both worlds.

The FB colors aren't bad at all, but IMO the newgraphics are hideous. AND, they're on each of the three pieces so you can't just swap out the tank. It's all or nuthin'.
I've been less than pumped about my black FB ever since I got it. Every vivid black '07 Harley looks great to me EXCEPT the Fat. I thought it'd grow on me, but it just looks dull. The burgundy "banner" and new FB logo drives me crazy. So much so that, among other reasons, I've been considering trading it on a FXSTC or WG. I know it sounds drastic, but new paint was more $$ than I wanted to commit to this bike.
BUT... today I scored big on a cheap set of new Pearl Yellow tins. Threw out a low ball number and BINGO! Gotta love Ebay. Now with the Hamsteryellow metal I can ride with pride (at least until the new '08 lineup comes out!). Love it or hate it, that yellow is an eye-full.

I bought my bike in Vivid Black, because I knew I was going to paint it.
I then sent the tins back to Harley Spectrum Paint to get exactly the color I wanted, while still keeping the original Harley paint scheme. They offer a ga-zillion color and decal/plaque choices.
Candy Tangerine metalflake over black/orange metalflake.

I went looking for the black. Yellow would have been the last color I would have picked... When I saw it in person I had to have it. Go figure.

Just tell them to give you any color but black. Then you can have fun wondering what color it will be. You'll never say, "Should I have gone red instead of blue?" because you let the guy at the factory pick it for you.

Kind of like having a kid or that Forest Gump box of chocolates.
