Believe me, I have been looking for a couple months now. I've called this company twice now and no answer and no voice mail to leave messages for callback. I emailed them but am awaiting a response. Websites like this seem fishy to me, no mention of their hours of operation, no name of a salesman or owner to speak to, no voice mail to leave a message... Aside from this website I can't find anyone else who sells pre-blacked out tubes that I can remember.

Same website ...different address and phone number...they both take paypal...pretty hard to get ripped off, easy to get your money back if there is a problem.

Dont buy from that company. I bought a set just to take the risk and they took forever to get and when i got them they were garbage. I threw them away and tossed it up as a loss.

Hey thanks for the heads up. I kinda figured it was too good to be true. That price is about half as much as it should be for a quality product. And the search continues...I think I saw a product that was black and covered the upper part of the exposed fork. I'm not sure what company was selling that. If that's my only option aside from paying a huge amount of money to DLC them then I guess I'll take it.
