Brought it to an Indy who specializes in engineering bikes. He told me between the bars, and the front end being so light, that's where I was getting my wobble.
He suggested that I lean into the bike more, so on the way home I cranked her up to 100 and leaned into it hard. The wobble subsided. I wasn't comfortable having to lean into it that hard, as I was really pushing on those bars, so I'm in the middle of installing Carlini clean sweeps as we speak. I don't understand why other members with the same bike, same height bars aren't getting the wobble and I am, but it is what it is. I'm just hoping the drags going back on fix it.
It's not that bad brother, don't get rid of the bike, just go back to the drags. I'll let you know how I make out after I get my cables back from Magnum Shielding and take it for a test ride.

one thing i have wondered is most people lower the back end of their bikes more than the front. i would think this would effect things and maybe even increase wobble. i am doing a fl front end swap and lowering it down 2 inches to get my bike level.

I have the inverted HD forks on my bike so lowering the front isn't as easy as ordering a Progressive drop in kit and throwing it in. My rear is lowered 2" with bolts and the Indy did mention lowering the front a few inches would help. Still waiting on them to get back to me on what parts and labor will cost.
It's generally due to "fall away" and neck bearing torque. Take it in and tell them to check this, and check the neck bearings (or DIY), that should tighten things up and reduce or eliminate wobble. I had this on all of my Fl softail with apes. Here is a link from the touring section with a good DIY video: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...fall-away.html
I did this as part of my solution to this problem. I addressed everything it COULD have been: wheel bearings, tires, neck bearings, fall away, tire balance... Nothing helped.
Not sure if this has anything to do with it because I don't have that problem but what kind of riser bushings are you using? Gonna get alot of play with regular rubber, hardly any with poly, and then you can also go to metal bushings which really stiffen things up from what I understand.
