Decided to try one of these, so I ordered the model with the 'hand laced' edge..
I think it looks good, and really helps to 'clean up' the rear fender. Fit perfect, and if ever decide to ride 2-up the seat with passenger pillion will work right over the top of it without having to remove the 'bib'. (Yeah, I tried it for verification)..
I might go ahead and remove the passenger foot rests, as they have never been used since I had the bike. LoL..
Cloudy and miserable outside, but I snapped a couple of pictures...
That's what I like about it the most! The leatherlook's like good quality and it fit's perfect, I do not think you would need any thing under it, that's the beauty, just a good cut of black leather to compliment the black paint, and it's unique.
That's a tad snazzier than the Mustang one I use on my bike. I'd be leery about fitting the passenger's seat right over top of the bib though. Wouldn't you risk scuffing it up, with the underside of the passenger's seat? Regardless, looks great. I've only had one passenger on the bike...my wife...and she managed to melt the side of her riding boot to my top pipe!! (Being the good woman she is though, as soon as the bike was cooled off, she headed into the garage with an SOS pad, and a bucket of hot water, and scrubbed in off. Looks good as new. (Can't say the same for her boot!! LOL)
