wheel identity

Seen this at a dealership on a deluxe. Asked the dealer what it was and they received it on trade and didn't know. So I'm Turning To The Mighty Web For Any Knowledge On Wheels looking to put it on my 99 heritage. Thanks

After typing in Custom wheels for Harleys and Chrome custom front wheels for Harley Davidsons, and looking at all the pics under images I couldn't see your wheel amongst them, quite a few similar but none the same,think you could have a problem with that unless you contact the previous owner.
