Default 90fxstc

I have a question on a 90 FXSTC there is a crossover line and what appears to be a vent line coming off the bottom of the right tank. The vent line appears to be plugged (closed off) with no line coming from it. Is this right? If not do I drill it open? The right tank always seems to release air when checking fuel levels with new HD caps. Thanks for your help.

Don't do anything with that little stub of a line. It's s'posed to be closed off. Your tanks are vented via the right side cap. There is a difference between caps for '82 - early '96 and late '96 - '05 caps. I don't know what the differences are, but make sure you have the correct ones.
