It seems you may can still buy that system from HD, but they probably dont have 02 sensors, or in the correct position for newer bikes such as mine. I am not into welding them on because i know i will screw up the chrome.

You can get the pipes from HD with O2 bungs, I posted above how to get the part numbers and they aren't expensive.
The chrome is covers that screw on with hose clamps, the pipes themselves are stainless.
Sensors? Way my bike works, it don't need no sensors.

I welded O2 bungs on a NOS V&H pipe I got *(Cheap)*! from a forum member. There was minimal damage to the chrome. Only where it was buffed off. The bungs are on the back of the pipe and painted with silver high temp paint for rust protection, then covered with a heat shield. Nearly impossible to see the bungs or missing chrome when mounted on my bike.
