Fenders go in pretty big boxes and that is where all the shipping costs come in at.

That may be the actual cost. I shipped a package overseas a couple months back.

UPS & FedEx both wanted about $300. I finally shipped USPS for $100.

Looks like I have the rear fender issue all sorted.

Mine is an '03... I don't know about the evo hs, but 2000-03 didn't have the recesses
