Do new fork tubes come with internals ?

Do new fork tubes come with internals ?
My new fork tubes will be delivered in a few days, and this evening I stripped the front end down and cleaned all parts in preparation.
I notice that there's what I think is a check valve in the bottom of the tubes, but cant figure out how it comes out, and cant see it listed in the manuals diagram.
Do the new fork tubes come with this part installed, and if not, how do I extract the old one from the tube?
I use the Monotubes, so don't really need this, but I like to keep it such that the old original parts could be dropped inn and work.
I want to get a head start and order this part, .... if I need to.
