Aftermarket 11.8" front rotor for 15 Deluxe
Who the hell makes one? I can't find one that's FLSTN specific or any new softail model at that. All I can find is rears for touring models. I can find DNA's on eBay but their 11.5" no 11.8". I'm putting Ride Wright 50 spokes on my bike so I'm looking for those "big daddy" style rotors.
Ride Wright hasn't gotten back to me if they have them or not. I see they have 11.8s but not sure if model specific. I'd like to find a cheaper option if possible.

For 2015 they upgraded the braking and use a 300mm (11.8") rotor on the front instead of the 11.5"

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think all of the Softails of a given model year will take the same brake rotor and caliper, especially if they have the same style front end, which in this case, is the FL front end. In other words, a Heritage, Deluxe, and Fat Boy will take the same brakes.
Your bike is a 2015. How many miles do you have on it? Just a suggestion, but ride the **** out of it now, during the riding season, and do your upgrades in the winter, during the off season. Also, by that time, the knowledge base and parts availability and compatibility will have increased, especially since the 2015 brakes are a different than 2014. If the brakes had been the same as the 2014, then this would be easier.
Include Softail as one of your search terms.
I assume you have tried sites like jpcycles and Dennis Kirk?
