Go to www.photobucket.com; set up an account - no $$ needed and just an email address. Then you can upload your pics and resize them to what ever you want. Its the easiest web one I have found.

On your computer, send your pics tp Paint.
Select "size/skew".
Resize to 35 and 35.
Save them and they will fit perfect just like this one:

Go to download.com, search for IrfanView, when you get it installed just open the pic you want resized, right click and "open with" , select irfanview and click on "image" and resize, then just put the size in that you want it to be.

oh yeah, its free.

If you have your pictures saved to your computer somehwere
when pull up the picture you want
and then right click with your mouse on the picture
is there a line that reads "Open With >"?
if so highlight that with your mouse, now is there a line that reads "Microsoft Office Picture Manager"?
if so, open that and use edit picture.

The paint progam will work too,
but you'll have to guess what percentage to use.
and once you go smaller in paint
you can't resize them bigger again.
