tour pack doesn't mount anymore

tour pack doesn't mount anymore
Before installing baggertail brackets and police bags, tour pack mounted easily many times.
After, it won't.
In total, the mount width is less than a quarter inch..
I don't think that's the issue.
It's something else that I'm not seeing.
The sissybar still fits fine.
Doesn't make sense.
Anyone know what I'm sayin?

Mine is the same way.. I really have to flex the arms where they slide on outwards to get it to go on. Keep playing with it, but it will go. With the baggertail mounts on, you widen the docking hardware, like you said, about an 1/8th- 1/4" inch.
