Im finally getting started on changing some things up on my FB Lo. I found an amazing price on a brand new set of black Rinehart Churchills. Got them in the mail yesterday, and they look amazing. Ill be installing them this weekend. If anyone has any tips or tricks they want to pass on, it will be appreciated. Install looks like it should be fairly straight forward though.
Im trying to figure out what to do next now. Im thinking about piecing together a set of forward controls. If not forwards, Im thinking about getting a FP3 or PCV and then getting a new A/C. Performance Machine has a lot of things that have really caught my eye especially the Jet Air Cleaner Intake. Why are there so many options?
Ive never heard a bad set of Rinehart pipes. Ive also never heard of any complaints or issues. A Guy I work with has them on his Ultra and if mine sound half as good as those, Ill be happy.

im in the same boat, also have a fatboy lo, looking around for an A/C, power commander, detachable backrest, grips, and some mini floor boards

I couldn't tell if those are separate pipes or joined with a chamber. If separate, easy peasy, just keep everything loose til you've got it where you want it, then tighten from the head back a little at a time. If joined, it's a little more difficult getting them on the heads, so be patient.

I love having so many options. The problem is choosing. I swear if I had the money, I could get 10 different stock Bikes of the same model and modify them all completely differently and not have a favorite.
Im planning on going with the forward controls before too long. Ive searching ebay and when I see a piece to the forwards I need at a good price, I order it. I figure eventually I will have the complete set and hopefully save some money and get the parts that I want. Hopefully by next spring, Ill have some sort of piggy back tuner and a new A/C. I don't really care to go much further than that in regards to performance mods. The 103 already has plenty of power in my opinion. Im also currently narrowing down my choices for bars.
i'm with you on that, also going to do the piggyback and A/C, got the v&h short shots in the mail today. had a 96 inch before this bike and that was plenty of power, the 103 is the cherry on top
