Do you have to use their risers or can you use pretty much anything else, like my stock risers from my '12 FB lo. also, if the bars are stepped, how far across is the stepped section, could you use stock dyna risers.
All the answers to your questions are on Carlinis site. Just find out the diameter of your stock bars and they'll have bars in that size for your oem risers. My guess is your 1.25 stepped down to a 1". If that's the case they have the Menace apes you want in stock ready to go. And they're knurled.
I agree with hogpro. I had some aftermarket apes on my Nightster using them with the stock risers. Even though they were knurled they would still move.
I have 16" Carlini gangsters on my deluxe and used their risers with set screw and they ain't moving at all.
