Default Booster bars??

I currently ride a fairly stock '05 softail standard (aside from a stage 1) and am relatively comfortable with the stock handlebars, however, while visting a a local dealer I saw a bike that looked really schmick. It was fitted withhandlebars that the dealer stated were 'booster bars'. Couple of questions, are these booster bars actually western style bars?, is there any difference?, and I'd be interested if any one has any comment in relation to their comfort compared to the stock bars.

Respect to all.

Put on a set of stock Wideglidw bars and risers. You'll love 'em. Won't have to change the cables or break lines.
