Hey Bob. I just bought the same bike. 08 heritage anniversary. I have an 08 Ultra anniversary and was about to trade it for a new 2016 Heritage because of the lower height and lighter weight. But just couldn't bring myself to trade my ultra. Looked around abit and my dealer got in an 08 heritage anniversary. So now I have a matching pair. Ha. Like you though, I'm waiting for the weather to clear up so I can get it out and on the road. So far I'm really happy with it. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I think I'm going to enjoy mine.

Welcome to the forum, welcome to the world of Softails, and more specifically, welcome to the Heritage domain. I have a 2005, and I love it. It got up to 75 degrees today, and I took mine out for about an hour and a half into the countryside. I'm lucky because I can ride 12 months out of the year (usually). Every time I ride it, I love it more, and I'm sure you will have the same experience.
