Default Bars and Risers

I was hoping someone could help me identify the handlebars and risers on the attached photos. I am looking to do something similar to my 09 night train but am having troubles finding out who makes these. TIA.

The risers look like Forbidden Motorcycles pieces. There are a couple similar brands.

I haven't seen the bars. Pretty cool though.
