Hey, having trouble with spit & sputtering at about 1800-2000 RPM's before and after rides fine?anyone with a clue? Thanks Mike :

 

If its a carb could be jetting or dirty jets or mixture settings, Idle circuit to jetting circuit I would look at. Fuelling issues are throttle position only not rpm related just FYI.
Not really enough info given for what else it could be.

 

Thanks yeah it's a carb and tried carb cleaners,fuel additive,i didn't know about throttle position I'll look in to it..
Now tonight it's about 40degrees.it spitting all over the place....thanks for your help

 

Try pulling the enricher out abit when the riding with a warm engine, does the spitting get better or worse? Sounds like it could be a little lean on the low jet or idle circuit, have you any mods, exhaust or air cleaner?

 

Yeah high compression heads were put on and cam work.I pick it up about a year ago,started napping about 3 months now Thanks for ur help I'll check it out

 

Check for an intake leak
