I dropped off my bike to have my 16" apes w/tattooed flames put on. Im chromeing out all controls, grips and cables/lines. I miss her already. I'll try to post pics of the demon child when she comes home Thrusday night
I have an 05 FB ANV as well and I can't wait to see the pics. So far, I have added skull grips, detatchable windshield, detatch sissy bar w/ luggage rack, and V&H Big Radius exhaust.
I gotta see the pics ASAP. I have the 05 FB too and want to do the mini apes. But I cant seem to find pictures to see how they look with apes on them. Good luck with the change. I take it that it is an operation that should be done by the dealer rather than a do-it-myself project. Any opinions out there?

Try Wild1inc.com, tons of pics of various bars. Customer bikes, etc.
I love APES! Minis look great on FX, XL, and Softies wih thinner forks, but when you move up to beefy forks like a FB or Heritage, gotta go with 16...At least!
Look at the pics, you'll see what I mean. Also have to be beefy or fatter diameter, or they look wimpy. Of course this is my opinion. That site really helped with different looks, most likely you'll find a look of bars that calls your name...And they better be apes:>
I'll definitely be also interested in seeing how they turn out on your fatboy.
I'm into 'reasonable' apes as I put stock heritage bars on my fatboy which worked out ok.
However, I'm considering the WO515 Chubby 10" apes for about the same geometry and to hide the wiring.
What keeps me from getting it done though is figuring out the wiring length and swapping out cables.. PAIN in the butt.. plus no time to do it.
