blue and chrome look so good together. had to repaint the bike due to laying it down. So i liked the original springer color setup so much and I kept the blue when switching everything to its current version.
Another picture of the same blue bike. When i first got it and put apes/pipes and slammed the rear end back in 07. Sorry for the picture of a picture but its still blue.
I swapped front ends and just wanted something different in our area. Seemed like everyone had apes and no one had beach bars. And that still holds true. I like my stuff to kind of stand out. They are pretty comfortable and interesting at low speeds but it makes this bike feel like I'm sitting on my couch going down the road. I do miss the apes and I'm sure at some point ill put some back on. Up next is addressing the cam chain tensioner issue. Just trying to get all my parts to do so ordered up.
This 2002 FLHT Std. has a Yin/Yang thing going on, which describes how opposite or contrary forces are actually complementary. So one side has primarily BLUE graphics, and the other side Red. The Batwing has the "Dragon of Wisdom", holding "The Pearl of Wisdom" with seven other Dragons featured elsewhere.
