Default Converted to Detatchable Bags & Rack

I really wanted a quicker conversion to solo on my Heritage, so I convinced myself to go with the H-D parts. Expensive for a little convienence, but I'm ok with it. The parts arevery nice, install was fairly easy, though there is some drilling involved to install the new brackets to the bags. Nothing complicated though.
The bags and back rest fit very nice to the hardware. So far, no rattles or loosness to anything. If someoneis thinking of going this route and everything is crrently hard mounted, you will need two seperate docking hardware kits.
90200670 is needed for the bag brackets and 53931-03A is required for the back rest. They work together. Also, the bag brackets say that they will not work with passenger floor boards. I have them on my bike and they work fine.

I agree. I did the same conversion on my Heritage and am very happy with it.

Which floorboards do you have for the passenger? I have the quick disconnects now for the bags and backrest but would like to add floorboards for the lady when we ride two up

They are the H-D boards. Picked them up off CL shortly after buying the bike. They are the half moon style like the stock rider boards.

Nice choice, everything on my bike is detachable. I can go from a bobber to a bagger in seconds.
