Default Jiffy/kick stand options

I recently traded my forward controls for floor boards and I love the feel of them cause I have short legs and they give me some wiggle room. Now my only issue is the board is right over my jiffy stand and I keep smacking my shin into it. I have to flip the board up to put the stand up. Any options to fix this? All the extensions I have seen attach to the lever which is already too far away for me to reach

I sorta have the same problem after i added half moon boards. I have learned to use my toe to hook the kickstand lever. Takes practice but now its second nature.

I will probably get used to it. This is my first time with boards and I hope to get it so I don't whack my shins

Half moon boards for sure. I swapped them on my NT, can easily get the stand with my heel

Yup..... took me some time to get the hang of the "foot-hook" for the jiffy stand and footboards as well. Not so bad now though.

Ya, there is an extended reach Jiffy stand, but on my 14 Lo, it is standard equipment. We matched it up with mine and they are identical.

I too am vertically challenged, it takes practice, practice, practice,...

I like that kick stand but I don't think there is a lock to keep it from folding up in case the bike is pushed forward on a hill

It has a Hidden ball-bearing design return spring for a positive feel. Keeps it in place real well.
