Ouch. Hoping I don't have two weeks of a torn down bike sitting in my garage. I'm guessing after the second there's no we send you one - send yours back type deal.
I had to send mine back because of an air leak. Fortunately, I still have the stock shocks, took me about a 1/2 hour to change them over so no down time while I wait.

Still have mine as well, but I figured why go through the trouble. If I really needed it, I would though.

Frustrating to hear of the problems on this thread. We do ship out a good quantity every year and for the last 15 years. Quality is always improving and we try to address problems swiftly. Looks like your issue is not being dealt with to your satisfaction, so call me Monday and I'll try to expedite a replacement.JD

It's all good. I'd rather figure out what went wrong with mine to see if there's a way to prevent it in the future.
Got it back together. The rebuilt shocks seems to ride even better than the first time around.
A couple of years ago I also noticed a slow air leak.
It was so minor that it would take about a week to drop 1/2", so I let it go.
Finally after having it in storage all winter I noticed it had leaked all the way down - so OK, maybe time to make a call...
Spoke with Jessica, I think (?) and she said they had a bad batch of check valves at some point and they'd be sending me out a new one.
It's located right on the outside of the shock body and could have been replaced in about two minutes with a 6" crescent wrench.
Later that day she called backed and said "never mind, we just shipped out a whole new unit."
This one hasn't budged, or lost even a tiny bit of air in the two years since... totally rock solid.
Oh yeah wait, there's more... Jessica sent me 2 T-shirts and brochures..
...Awesome
Me too.
When I found out they were printing t-shirts I fired off an e-mail asking about price and how to order.
A couple of days later [2] showed up on my doorstep.
Who does that?
Gotta put my 2 cents in, JD and Jessica are a PRIME EXAMPLE of what Customer service is supposed to be. I've dealt with just about every company out there in the past 15 years, from my first build to this last one.
Some companies hire people that just don't care about their job, much less about you. Jessica has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. Shotgun shock is the ONLY product that I will put on any softail that I build. PERIOD.
Sorry for the hack, just had to give a shout out to JD and Jessica for their TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep it up guys.
