I wanna replace couple strut bolts with this.. :
I want it closed rings, with collar etc

I think that if you can find a picture of what you're wanting, you should be able to find a supplier of the object with out too much trouble.

No not yet.. I find metric not SAE

This is binary not if-then-else conditionals..

I meant to include details in OP,

I did look at fastenal.
They're called lifting bolts with rings,
Hoist bolts with rings... On and on
Many different terms of the same thing
I wanna use for tie down anchors

If you are using them for tie down anchors, why does it matter if it is metric or SAE?

Also, have you considered D-ring anchors ?
