I love my new 14" apes and now only need to make the minor adjustment of rotating the hand controls on the bars inwards in my direction. What is the difficulty level of this and is at as easy as just loosening the screws and rotating by a 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch? Will the throttle and brake controls rotate at the same time or are there different steps to rotate them to ensure they have the same special relation to the other controls?

The 2 star bolts on each one can be loosened and rotated to your liking..very simple to do if you want to rotate up and down. moving inward or outwards unless you have Heli bars it wont happen...

To complete the answer, yes, the brake and clutch levers will rotate at the same time.
