This might be a stupid question, and I can test it when I get home, but curiosity has the best of me. If I switch my running lights off, will this code pop up? It did come up on my bike, but all lights are working, no LED's installed.
For others sake, B2166 is 'Running Lights Output Open'.
Since all of your lights are working, my recommendation would be to switch the running lights off. Then clear the code. Use the running lights as you normally would and see if the code returns.
If it doesn't you're good to go. It may have just been an isolated event. If it does return then I would look into it.
I will test it when I get home to see if I can duplicate it. It would make sense that turning them off would trigger that code since it is just a mechanical switch. As far as the bike knows, there is an open in the circuit somewhere.
