Default Flex seal liquid

Anyone ever use it before? Saw in the advertisement them use it to create a 1in rubber barrier in a mold. Was thinking about trying this as something to occupy the 3/4" 11x11 space between a tourpak and my mount. Thoughts on this functionality?

Never used the liquid but I did try the aerosol ( yes I was a sucker ) and it didn't do any good at all on a leaking gutter seam.

Yeah this wouldn't be for leaks. Just gonna pour it into a11x11x1" ready, let it harden and use it to fill a gap. And double add a flexible rubber mount.

Is there a contractor near you that does rubber roofs? You can usually get scraps from them for next to nothing or free. Using rubber cement, cement layers of the roofing together till you get your desired 3/4" thickness and then cut it to your 11" x 11" desired dimensions.

Go to a Tractor Supply store or farm supply store. They all carry different thicknesses of sheet rubber to keep animals off concrete. I bought a sheet 7 ft. by 2 ft. by 1/2 inch to use when I work on bike. It is recycled and was very cheap.

I bought some of the aerosol flex seal because my wrangler soft top seemed to have sprung a couple of lakes where the fabric was coming apart. I sprayed the flex seal on it about six months ago and haven't had not one drop of water leak into the jeep.

I saw the commercial for this stuff this morning and was checking it out. A lot of reviews on Amazon and a lot of question/answers. I was looking for something to fill asphalt cracks. This would probably work well for that.
