A 23 inch front wheel is one thing... then there's complete mental failure and aliens take over.

And also... "dirty, could use a cleaning"
One would think another would shine a shoe before selling it? Yeesh...

A 23 would probably look really good on there, that's ridiculous though.

Oh well, not my money and if he likes it more power to him.
