Probably a long-shot here, but, I have an '06 Deuce with the handlebar clamp tach mount (68928-02A) and I am wanting to get the Quick Release Windshield (58779-05). No one at the local HD dealer seems to know if these two are compatible and I am wondering about the angle of the windshield possibly not clearing the tach housing. Anyone know whether or not this will work?? Thanks.

 

My quick release windshield worked fine with the 67848-00A chrome billet mini tach mount (when I had it), I now have the combo speedo /tach.

 

Hey,not sure myself either if that one will work,however I had the (57837-00A) windshield and it worked just fine with my tach as well. I am also looking to sell this windshield as well if you're interested. All hardware is included. Was mounted on the bike just once for 1 road trip approx 600 miles and then taken off and has been wrapped up ever since.
