Hey Deuce owners, anyone have a tachometer set-up with the Screamin' Eagle style tach mount (incorporated into the risers) and a quick-release windshield? The windshield is the one that does not leave any docking hardware behind. The dealer didn't have one in stock for me to try out, so I decided to turn to the forum. Sorry I don't have part numbers in front of me, but am just wondering if these items are compatible?
I understand what you want to do, however, windshield and tach may not be an option. If you do required both, HD offers a tech/Speedo combo for the Deuce.
I have the billet mini tach mount on my Deuce and I just got the quick release windshield today.
I attached the windshield and there is plenty of room between the tach and windshield!
I have a tach centered on my t-bars and the windvest windscreen - although I realize this is not what you are asking about I do have plenty of clearance and feel that most solutions would render the same results.
Bump. This is the tach mount. So you think it'll work? You mind posting a pic if you have one? Thanks to all for your help!
