Default 2001 fatboy Stalling out

I have an problem after the bike gets warmed up when coming to a stop and pulling in the clutch it idles down and stalls out it starts right back up I have replaced the speed and crank sensors it also is not throwing a code any ideas

+1. I would suspect a hole worn in your fuel line within the tank. Is the problem worse, better or the same on a full tank vs. a partially full tank?

Hole in fuel line or IAC sensor. You'd think IAC sensor would throw a code, so I'd check fuel line first.

Fuel delivery problems like those mentioned will give you more trouble under load, not at idle where less fuel is needed. What RPM is your idle set at? If you are trying to get the potato-potato sound it is too slow. It's a twinkie, not a shovel.
