Front break when applyed has presseur on it causing break light to stay

The front brake lever activates the light by RELEASING a switch, not pressing on it.

the lever has pressure on it causinh it to have bacl pressure on as if i were applying break

Well, I suppose the master cylinder is sticking, therefore not allowing the lever to return to it's at rest position.
That is the next place to look.
