I don't recommend the HD touring pillion.
We had it and the Wife thought it was comfortable however it slopes to the front and she couldn't keep from sliding forward.
Here's what I did to increase her ride comfort in no particular order:
1) Signature Series Seat
2) Road Zeppelin air cushion
3) progressive 422 RAP shocks
4) Tour Pak that has a wider back cushion
5) under seat foot pegs to allow for change in leg position
6) passenger foot boards.
