I don't care for the looks, but I still have 'em on both of my bikes. To me, the slight reduction in visual appeal isn't worth the risk of breaking an ankle when the scooter comes down on my leg, or the massively increased risk of damage to the scooter, from a simple fallover in a parking lot.

Engine guard is stock. Not sure about the bars, but I do know they are the stock pull back risers. The bars were on the bike when I bought it.
