Recommended Dealer
I've read some of the poor customer complaints on this site and as a result I sent a email to HD complaints dept for a dealer recommendation in my area . Hope they will respond.

Don't get your hopes up for a response anytime soon. My question to you is what are you expecting from corporate?
It is my understanding "complaint departments" accept complaints not offer dealer recommendations. They aren't going to show partiality to any particular dealer. They will simply advise you of what dealers are in your area and you can get that info from Google. Do you expect them to tell you "Oh yeah, this dealer sucks, use this one"?
Many members here bitch and moan about dealers or vendors. Some are without merit and some are legit. I would take them with a grain of salt.
How many dealers are there within a reasonable distance, say 100 miles? Instead of waiting on the MoCo, who won't respond to you, maybe it would be better for you to drive or ride to the local dealers and get a personal experience for yourself ??? Your experience may be quite different than an anonymous report you read on a forum.

Thank you, Bone Doc for your comment. I've been giving this desiring to buy a new bike a lot of thought for about a year. Every motor cycle forum has a lot of former HD owners that have given up on the brand for customer complaints. That being said I looked for a A rated BBB dealer and the consumers guide. From this site I found (stealers and dealers) and as a result they recommend Wolverine HD. They are a A+ rated dealer. I will be talking to them Monday. Thanks to anyone that wants to chime in.
