Have only two things left to do on bike one is spot lights on highway bars or relolaction of turn signals and a batwing faring.
Not sure what way I'm going to go till next week, been looking at a couple of different fairings
Not much here. I have a set of the Arlen Ness oval micro mini mirrors that I am going to try and mount inverted on my Slim. I'm also looking at maybe putting on slimmer floorboards.
Really, I'm just waiting for spring so I can do my Stage 1. 🙂
My winter project is to maybe get my bike back from my buddy a few states away. His gave up the ghost at Sturgis, so I let him borrow mine until he can get his running again. Been scooting around on a Suzuki DR650 since August.
First, I changed out the bullet turn signals and stock license plate for new Alloy Art Strut LED signals, an axle-mounted license plate, and a brake light on top just for good measure.

My next move is to straighten out that rear fender to my liking; before I took off the struts the fender was dead nutz
Sir, how do you like the new signal lights? Bright enough during the day? So you have any night pics?

I like them a lot! They look clean and sleek on the bike, and they function very well.
They are really bright in the day, more than my previous pic might indicate. At night, I have no worries about not being visible, they shine bright. I also have them wired for run/turn/brake (the strut turn signals are single-function LED lights, meaning I had to wire up a converter), and the contrast from run to blink is very noticeable.
That being said, I still would not run these without a dedicated brake light of some sort, for visibility's sake.
This vid is at night in my garage, don't mind the mess and sorry about the grainy video, my phone doesn't low light very well.
