Smile Winter projects?

Anyone else planning some changes to their ride during the winter months?
I have been getting some parts in and plan to do some stuff in January. Man I hate winter...

Here's what I have planned so far on my Night Train.

Drop in Progressive lower in front and Progressive bolts in back, shorter dampers
10" Todd's 1 1/2" Strip bars and DS Big Buffalo 1 1/2" risers
Powder coating the trees and lower legs, headlight bucket
Tri-bar led tail light, smoked lenses
Frenched headlight ring (see how it looks when its on)
Air Cleaner

I finished up powder coating the motor. All that was left was rocker boxes. Also got black push rod covers, chrome tappet covers and chrome hardware.

I purchased the Klock Werks Benchmark front fender and stretched rear. I just am not sure if I will keep the rear one I got or exchange it?

Possibly changing to apes. I am ony 5'7 so I am debating between 12 inch or 14 inch Carlinis. But other brands are not out of the question.

Already started!

First, I changed out the bullet turn signals and stock license plate for new Alloy Art Strut LED signals, an axle-mounted license plate, and a brake light on top just for good measure.

BEFORE:

AFTER:

My next move is to straighten out that rear fender to my liking; before I took off the struts the fender was dead nutz

I am taking my stock exhaust head pipes and hacking them up to remove the crossover pipe and making my own upswept exhaust with cocktail shakers then having the whole thing ceramicoated black.

Mine are already done too. I had new S&S lifters, adjustable pushrods, rocker lockers, cyco tensioner shoes and a top end gasket kit on hand that I had purchased over the last few months. The plan was to do a valve job and swap that stuff out while I was at it. The motor had a lot of top end noise when hot, and the lifters clattered bad on the first start-up.
Then in early November, I had the plastic fuel pressure regulator housing break at the end of a ride. So.....while I had the tank apart, I figured I might as well dig in. I ended up getting gear drive cams and a Power vision tuner too, as well as fresh pistons and rings, honing the bores .010" over.
The engine work went easy. A bit of a struggle with the tuner because I don't (or didn't at the time) own a Windows laptop. All my stuff is Mac.
So, the bike looks the same, but has fresh internals. Now waiting on warmer weather. It don't get super cold in Central California, but to go anywhere from the valley floor means going up in elevation, and it be cold up there!

My winter project on my 08 Deluxe.
Waiting for my 21inc. front and 16inc. rear Big Daddy Black spokes Chrome rim Wheels.
Already have Billet Bad Axe floorboards, Narrow billet toe and heal shifters and rear brake leaver to match.
Will probably be doing the Progressive Monotube Fork Stock cartridge kit to lower front since I'm gonna have the front wheel replaced.
