Im a big fan of apes but I think they look like crap pushed forward like you have them. You should have went 2 inches taller and kept them in line with the forks, or straight up. But if you like them thats all that really matters.

i'd tilt them back a bit, inline with the forks. you're gonna kill your shoulders

I have them pushed forward based on how it felt sitting in my garage. There is so much salt on the road that I havnt been able to ride further than around the block. Come spring I will adjust after I get some miles in.

As to the look with them pushed forward, I like the look!

Im 6'3" tall. I thought about going 18's but think these are fine. Cant wait to actually get some miles in with them.

Nice bike! I am having trouble finding the hose/wiring extensions for my Slim S and was wondering where you got yours and what brand they may be. My local HD dealer quoted me $450 (not including bars and labor) for a LA Chopper kit but I can't bring myself to pay that much...I've searched the Internet until the end of it, it seems!
