Well after months of accruing parts I've reached that point, first up the wheels came off there heading out to get the new Avon shoes put on along with with new wheel bearings and truing the spokes. While they are away I'll be putting new Progressive springs in along with Harley chrome lower slider kit. When the wheels return I got H-D floating rotors and new set of H-D pads for the brakes. It will also receive a 06 Night train 70 tooth rear sprocket, 30 tooth to follow soon.
After that's done I'll start the engine conversion to a 103 with 204 cams 1.725 rockers, and stock H-D compression releases, based on everyone's opinion on here I bought the 98A clutch spring so when I have the primary cover off I'll pull the primary apart and add the 30 tooth tranny pulley. Whoa lotta freaking work ahead.

That looks like a labor of love to me. Did the progressive springs to my Heritage a few years ago and was very impressed with the end results.Good luck and keep the pictures coming as you progress.
Pulled the whole primary apart tonight to get the trans pulley off. HOLY CRAP was that pulley nut a bear to get off. A harbor freight breaker snapped. I ended up using my craftsman 1/2 drive ratchet hoping not to break that too, it didn't but took a 4' 1" pipe and my 210 lb body to break that thing loose. Gonna reassemble tomorrow because I'm going to replace the inner primary bearing tomorrow at work with the press. Also need to get some Locktite 271 only have 262 at the moment. Also added the SE clutch spring, the pull effort didn't seem to be all that bad.
Your making some good progress. Looks like you'll have it done in time for spring.
Yeah I got a call today that the wheels were done so I'll pick them up tomorrow. New tires, new wheel bearings and he trued the spokes. So I should be able to get the primary back together and the wheels mounted tomorrow. Can't wait to try the 30/70 sprocket combo.
Got it all back together all is good, however the fork seems rather stiff, not sure if it should be this way or have some sag while sitting on it. I put the spacer in at 5" according to the install sheet. I'd hate to have to adjust the length because you you need to pull the whole fork assembly apart.
