Winter time work has started
IMO I think you will like the feel of that front end once you ride it. When I finished my Heritage (I also have Avons) the front end just didn't feel as fat as it did with the OEM suspension. The proof won't be revealed until you ride it. Give it chance, it's the only way to know. Lookin good, by the way.
Well this job is done for now. Recalibrated the speedo and went for a ride, the new 30/70 sprocket combo and SE clutch spring is awesome, oh and the Hayden M6 is very nice as well. The new fork springs seem to be ok too. It was 33 degrees so I froze.

Got rid of the flimsy shift linkage and added this one with the spherical bearings, probably contributed to the really positive shifts.

Found an issue unfortunately, the front rim seems bent has an up and down wobble to it. After a ride when I got home I noticed the new front tire was as I put spalding, there were skid chunks missing. I'll get a pic to show it. Anyway I ended up last nite buying a brand new profile laced wheel from the moco. Got it from New Castle HD for $465. Now I'm hoping Avon will give me a new tire or I'll have to buy a new one of them.🙄
