Default Stock riser replacement - Help/opinions needed

I am getting a new set of bars from Torch Industries and I need to change out the risers. On the Springer there are rubber bushings top and bottom of the risers where they bolt to the triple tree but a number of the manufactures that I have talked to about their springer risers tell me they are “hard mounted” without the bushings

Where I need some help is whether that is a big deal? What is the down side, more vibration in the bars, my hands and arms?

I would stick with the rubber bushings. Less vibes.

Not a Springer, but I've done a couple different risers on my Heritage...got one set from LA Choppers and a longer pullback set from Wild Ones. Might check with those guys, if you have not already.
