Default My dilemma

I live in Germany where my exhaust can not be above 95 dba and my current dba is about 98 at idle. The exhaust is Martin Bros shockwaves. i mostly ride locally here and haven't had any issues with having a loud bike. I hear stories of cops enforcing the dba and if you can't pass, they tow your bike and force you to get below the limit. I've even heard they take the exhaust and will not give it back. I am taking a few road trips and am little worried, so I am thinking of putting my stock exhaust back on for the trips.
My question is. If I don't retune the bike, will I have any issues? I have used the stock exhaust little here to pass inspection without issues. But that about only 10-15 miles I ran it.
I currently do have quite baffles which is why I am at 98 dba now.
Thanks for your help.

I wrapped my baffles with a strong 'fiberglass' type material. Brought the DBs down a couple but also made for a deeper, more pleasant tone! Only problem is you may have to replace a couple times a year...

Just curious but is there a possibility that somebody makes quieter baffles than the ones you already have?

I already have doubled up the baffles with some BCTs, didn't really bring down the decibels, just made for a deeper sound. I was thinking of adding some quiet riots baffles to the set up, but the price seems really high for something I don't know will work. (Pic attached)
As stated earlier, I was thinking about getting some wrap, never used it before though, do you just wrap it around the baffle and it stays in place?
