Is your bike lowered? If so, what'd ya use? How'd ya like it?
Yeah, I slammed it as far as possible w/ the bolts. I thought clearance inside the rear fender was going to be an issue, so I installed the bolts and played around w/ the adjustments for both solo and two-up riding. I was shocked to discover that it does not bottom out, nor rub even w/ two-up (my wife is not a big girl though).

I was also surprisingly pleased w/ the ride quality...so they will stay on for the time being. Before lowering it, the floorboards used to scrap hard...now it is the ends of the fish tails, and the floorboards.

In another thread, in the softail forum, a fellow forum member shared a story of one of his buddies that never had problems w/ bottoming out either until it did it mid-corner causing him to lose control, ultimately killing him. RIP.

Not trying to scare you off, just felt obligated to sharehis experience.

@bgismo
I love the clear lenses with nearly white bulbs with the visor kit on the turn signals and head lamp

Gio those do look cool, are they an HD part? My stealer only had red, or smoke lenses & they both had these awful Orange bulbs

Thanks for the info!! It sure looks great slammed like that. I don't scrape my floorboards too often (and my I have no fishtails), so shouldn't be too big of a problem. Maybe this winter.

You will scrape, if you lean a lot its UNAVOIDABLE! lol, but it doesnt matter small price to pay for the most beautiful bike the MOCO ever made!
