Does anyone know if a 08 Fatboy seat will work on 2003 Anniversary Fatboy?

Check Corbin's or Mustang's catalog. They're very accurate with year coverage

No it will not. 08 has a 200mm rear tire so the seats are different. 07+ I believe

CyGlide gets the prize. There are 3 ranges of Fat Boys for seat fitments: 1990-1999 with the old frame, 2000-2006 with the new frame but the old FX fender, and 2007-up with the 200mm rear tire.
