Mounts are different, yours has the side spring loaded screws, the 14 mounts at the rear of the rider seat with 2 studs that are on a plate under the fender, if you dont have the holes you'd need to drill 2 holes, and get the plate and retaining washers.

Ok, I found a 2006 solo seat in great shape. Now I have a new question. One side tab has a spring & screw mounted on seat and the other side does not. How do I remove the screw with spring? Is it just pressed in? I tried a punch but no luck, tabs are riveted to seat and didn't want to loosen them. I know someone has run into this before, help!
